Gluten & Dairy Free Mashed Potatos

I guess this post is less of a recipe and more of a helpful hint?

How to make delicious, healthy mashed potatoes with less the fat and just as much flavour!

Chop and boil potatoes until soft
Add almond milk instead of regular milk
Add olive oil instead of butter or margarine
Season with seasoned salt, regular salt and pepper, or paprika.

Trust me, you, nor your picky family members will ever know the difference!
